Title: Spicy Eggs and Cheese on Sourdough
Ingredients:
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup marinara sauce
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a blend)
- 2 tablespoons Tams,red hot (Umami Oil )
- 2 slices of sourdough bread
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Heat a skillet over medium heat, add chilli oil and swirl to coat the pan.
- Crack the eggs into the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook the eggs to your desired doneness.
- Toast the sourdough bread.
- Spread the marinara sauce on one slice of toast, and shredded cheese on the other slice.
- Once the eggs are cooked, place them on top of the marinara toast.
- Carefully place the shredded cheese toast on top of the eggs.
- Put the sandwich in the skillet, and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the cheese is melted.
- Slice in half and enjoy!
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Serves: 2
Optional:
- you can add diced bacon or ham for extra flavor.
- you can add extra cheese, green onions or jalapenos on top before putting the sandwich in skillet
- you can also use any other bread of your choice instead of sourdough.
